There, his practice focused on complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and regulatory and enforcement matters.

He represents private equity clients, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, and other financial institutions in a wide variety of commercial real estate matters.
